Often referred to by clients as a trusted advisor, Karyn’s management and leadership experience, communication and influence skills make her a great asset to businesses as she helps to take their people capability to the next level and increase performance across the board. Having provided support across travel, tourism, freight, telecommunications, insurance, advertising, infrastructure, manufacturing and government, Karyn is an expert at providing strategic and operational support to add real value to businesses.
As a coach, Gerard is particularly skilled in asking insightful questions. He successfully works with individuals to identify and challenge assumptions that are barriers to business productivity, leading to the emergence of solutions and new ways forward.
As a Career Coach, Gerard works with people to establish clear criteria for making informed career decisions. He assists clients to both understand the value they offer, articulate it and then seek internal or external opportunities.
In addition to Gerard's coaching experience, he is trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) by LEADR (Resolution Institute) and can assist individuals to find solutions to the variety of disputes that arise in the workplace.

Gwynn’s skills and experience span across workplace climate and culture assessment, leadership assessment, qualitative and quantitative analysis, executive/Board presentations, training and group facilitation. He has also contributed to thought leadership in the areas of the Future of Work, the modernisation of HR, employee engagement and leadership.
With 20 years of experience in organisational development roles within consulting, professional services, banking, private businesses and not-for-profit organisations both in New Zealand and in Asia, Rona brings a wealth of insight to the discovery and enabling of bespoke solutions that help individuals, teams and organisations convert insight into action.
These skills have been honed over time working in multicultural environments across all levels of leadership as well as involvement in community and education related activities outside of work as mentor and coach.
Megan has a Bachelor of Arts (University of Otago), Diploma of Teaching (Christchurch College of Education) and a Graduate Diploma of Humanities (Massey University).
Jessica specialises in talent identification, selection and development and HR services. Her work portfolio also includes both internal and agency recruitment, selection methods and job analysis.
After working in London with a number of international companies, Jessica joined the Grafton team at the beginning of 2017 – focusing on career transition and assessment - including psychometric assessment for selection and development.
Within her role she oversees our recruitment, selection, development tools, policy, performance management, restructures, and performance review systems and initiatives.
In addition, she has certified in several psychometric tools including TRACES and CPI (California Personality Inventory) and helps to facilitate Grafton’s Career Bites sessions, including our LinkedIn Workshop which enables participants to effectively market their skills and capabilities using this online tool. Her advice and guidance is invaluable.
Sarah’s extensive NZ and UK experience covers a range of industries including investment, publishing, banking, insurance and travel. Volunteering as treasurer, trainer and facilitator for Auckland Play Centres Association and the SPACE NZ Trust, while also at home as a mum of two, has honed her excellent time management skills.
Samantha honed her impressive coaching and people skills in a range of roles all focused on enabling people to progress and meet their potential. After a brief spell in marketing she retrained as a Neuro-Developmental therapist. She later became a Career Coach and now as a valued Career Team Consultant, she applies her energetic, positive and empathetic approach to guide people smoothly through change, helping candidates by minimising stress and maximising motivation.
Samantha holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, a Diploma in Neuro-Developmental Therapy, a Graduate Certificate in Career Development and a Certificate in Personal Training.
Having worked across multiple industries, and built numerous teams, she understands the challenges faced in different areas of a business.
With her background in marketing and communications strategy, Zivana blends business coaching and change resilience to support clients working through transitions or wanting to improve their leadership skills.
Her training and certifications include ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and mind-body techniques. She has a strong interest to help clients understand how they can excel in the ``Future of Work`` paradigm.
