Karyn creates value for clients through the establishment and provision of great business and people solutions. She has worked across all aspects of people strategy and delivery including change management, learning and organisational development, as well as investigation, diagnosis and recommendations pertaining to large scale organisational change to structures, policies, processes, people development or customer outcomes.

Often referred to by clients as a trusted advisor, Karyn’s management and leadership experience, communication and influence skills make her a great asset to businesses as she helps to take their people capability to the next level and increase performance across the board. Having provided support across travel, tourism, freight, telecommunications, insurance, advertising, infrastructure, manufacturing and government, Karyn is an expert at providing strategic and operational support to add real value to businesses.

Gerard Mackle

An experienced coach and facilitator, Gerard is passionate about assisting people to develop strategies for growth and development. He is accomplished in supporting individuals and business through times of change, including disputes in the workplace, change management or simply coaching people to take control of their work and achieving personal and professional goals.

As a coach, Gerard is particularly skilled in asking insightful questions. He successfully works with individuals to identify and challenge assumptions that are barriers to business productivity, leading to the emergence of solutions and new ways forward.

As a Career Coach, Gerard works with people to establish clear criteria for making informed career decisions. He assists clients to both understand the value they offer, articulate it and then seek internal or external opportunities.

In addition to Gerard's coaching experience, he is trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) by LEADR (Resolution Institute) and can assist individuals to find solutions to the variety of disputes that arise in the workplace.

Craig develops solutions that create value through change at organisational, team and individual levels. He has worked in all areas of Human Resources, both strategically and operationally. With significant experience managing organisational wide change through to assisting individuals through the change cycle, he has a wide range of experience in Human Resources spanning 18 years, in generalist and specialist roles across industries in Finance, Utilities, IT, Transport and Government. In addition to HR, Craig has experience with H&S in high risk environments.

An experienced coach, Craig helps individuals identify their potential to grow by providing insight that unlocks their development needs, then helps individuals plan a path to take ownership for their own development.

His consulting experience includes public sector organisations, finance sector companies, manufacturers and not-for-profits. Gwynn uses data, analytics and insights to identify targeted and relevant solutions aimed at improving workplace culture and organisational performance.

Gwynn’s skills and experience span across workplace climate and culture assessment, leadership assessment, qualitative and quantitative analysis, executive/Board presentations, training and group facilitation. He has also contributed to thought leadership in the areas of the Future of Work, the modernisation of HR, employee engagement and leadership.

With 20 years of experience in organisational development roles within consulting, professional services, banking, private businesses and not-for-profit organisations both in New Zealand and in Asia, Rona brings a wealth of insight to the discovery and enabling of bespoke solutions that help individuals, teams and organisations convert insight into action.

These skills have been honed over time working in multicultural environments across all levels of leadership as well as involvement in community and education related activities outside of work as mentor and coach.

She is passionate about individuals and organisations achieving their potential, and moves easily between strategy and operations – ensuring successful key stakeholder engagement and operational implementation.

Megan has a Bachelor of Arts (University of Otago), Diploma of Teaching (Christchurch College of Education) and a Graduate Diploma of Humanities (Massey University).

Having worked in HR/Recruitment space since 2010, Jessica has a strong interest in assisting people utilise their skills and passions in the workplace. She enjoys working with organisations to enhance their culture and team work, as well as working with individuals on their short and long-term development goals.

Jessica specialises in talent identification, selection and development and HR services. Her work portfolio also includes both internal and agency recruitment, selection methods and job analysis.

After working in London with a number of international companies, Jessica joined the Grafton team at the beginning of 2017 – focusing on career transition and assessment - including psychometric assessment for selection and development.

As Grafton’s HR Advisor, Rebekah has the expertise to ensure our clients receive an effective sounding-board and practical advice on generalist employment relations issues.

Within her role she oversees our recruitment, selection, development tools, policy, performance management, restructures, and performance review systems and initiatives.

In addition, she has certified in several psychometric tools including TRACES and CPI (California Personality Inventory) and helps to facilitate Grafton’s Career Bites sessions, including our LinkedIn Workshop which enables participants to effectively market their skills and capabilities using this online tool. Her advice and guidance is invaluable.

Sarah is responsible for the end-to-end processing and analysis of all things financial. As the numbers expert in the team, she enjoys using her perspective to contribute to the continuous improvement of Grafton’s processes.

Sarah’s extensive NZ and UK experience covers a range of industries including investment, publishing, banking, insurance and travel. Volunteering as treasurer, trainer and facilitator for Auckland Play Centres Association and the SPACE NZ Trust, while also at home as a mum of two, has honed her excellent time management skills.

Samantha honed her impressive coaching and people skills in a range of roles all focused on enabling people to progress and meet their potential. After a brief spell in marketing she retrained as a Neuro-Developmental therapist. She later became a Career Coach and now as a valued Career Team Consultant, she applies her energetic, positive and empathetic approach to guide people smoothly through change, helping candidates by minimising stress and maximising motivation.

Samantha holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, a Diploma in Neuro-Developmental Therapy, a Graduate Certificate in Career Development and a Certificate in Personal Training.
