International Leadership Expert Visits

International Leadership expert John Beeson spoke at a breakfast organised by Grafton at Auckland University's Business School in April. John presented a seminar on Executive level recruitment.

The author of The Unwritten Rules - The Six Skills you need to get promoted to the executive level, John highlights that doing a great job doesn't necessarily cut it when it comes to promotion. He points to the need to acquire key skills such as: strategic skills, be able to build a strong team, be open to change and demonstrate the ability to be a team player across the whole organisation.
