Case Study: NZ Rental Group

Grafton Assist has provided in house Human Resources support for New Zealand Rental Group since late 2009. Called in to help address some of the people related concerns caused by the company’s rapid growth from, 14 branches to 85 business units in five short years, Grafton Assist quickly took stock of the situation, and immediately added value to the business.

“Our HR function was over stretched, we were purely fighting fires. We needed to get our act together and provide staff with the HR support they needed, and we needed to run the business successfully.
