Our History
Grafton Consulting Group has been in business since 1993. Originally a provider of consulting services to the health industry, we are now one of the largest Organisation Improvement Consultants in New Zealand. One hundred percent New Zealand owned, we strive to be the pre-eminent provider of Organisational Capability and Career Management services in both the public and private sectors. We have an experienced team with specialists in our four core areas:
